Glass bead ceramic tile:

Water porcelain with glass beads:
Water porcelain is a new type of beautiful seam product, which is developed for the construction defects of real porcelain glue. The chemical composition is water-based epoxy resin and its curing agent.
advantage:
The construction is convenient. You can directly clean the residual glue with rag and water. There is no need to paste masking paper or wax any ceramic tile. After curing, the performance is similar to that of real porcelain glue, with high strength and excellent water resistance.
Insufficient:
1. The price is higher than that of real porcelain glue;
2. Water porcelain construction can encounter water, but it will change color briefly after encountering water, and the original color will be restored after water volatilization, which will not affect the performance.
Because the surface of glass beads is smooth and will not cause stress concentration in the interface and matrix, polymer / hollow glass bead composites with light weight and excellent mechanical properties can be prepared if they are used to fill modified tree grease. Due to the large polarity difference, high surface energy and poor co***tibility between inorganic rigid particles and PP, it is difficult to obtain composites with excellent properties.
